Why we started QURAYSH TRIBE UNION
The QURAYSH TRIBE UNION was founded to strengthen brotherhood, maintain family and community ties, and bring people together in a way that pleases Allah. Islam teaches us the importance of maintaining silat al-rahim (ties of kinship), supporting one another in righteousness, and standing together upon what is good. The Prophet ﷺ also taught us that believers are like one body, and a Muslim should care for and support their fellow Muslims. Being connected to the Quraysh heritage carries a responsibility to preserve our history and identity while remembering that, in Islam, true honour is not based simply on lineage or tribe.
As Allah says, "Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you." (Qur’an 49:13). Therefore, the purpose of the QURAYSH TRIBE UNION is to promote tribal knowledge. It is to use our shared lineage as a means of connecting families, preserving our heritage and helping those in need.
Our goals and aspirations for the Union
The main goal of the QURAYSH TRIBE UNION is to bring people together upon the values of Islam, brotherhood, family ties, and mutual support. We want to strengthen the bonds between members while ensuring our shared Quraysh heritage is preserved with humility and responsibility.
Our key goals are to:
- Strengthen family and community ties through cooperation, communication, and mutual respect.
- Preserve our heritage and history so future generations understand their roots while remaining firmly grounded in Islamic principles.
- Support one another during times of hardship and celebrate together during times of happiness.
- Encourage Islamic values such as honesty, justice, mercy, good character, forgiveness, and helping those in need.
- Support our youth by encouraging education, positive leadership, good character, and a strong connection to their faith and heritage.
- Promote reconciliation and unity, helping to resolve disagreements.
Who we welcome to join our Union
We hope to welcome Quraysh descendants from around the world, as well as Muslim leaders, scholars, community leaders, and respected figures from Muslim countries who share the vision of strengthening unity, cooperation, and service to the Ummah.
Our hope is to create a broad and diverse network that connects Quraysh families and descendants across different countries and communities. We also welcome those in positions of leadership who can contribute wisdom, experience, and positive guidance toward building stronger communities.
Our vision for the future
My biggest dream for the QURAYSH TRIBE UNION is for it to become a respected platform for peace, reconciliation, unity, and constructive dialogue across the Muslim world, with a particular focus on helping address the challenges facing the Middle East.
I hope the Union can bring together Quraysh descendants, Muslim leaders, scholars, community representatives, and people of influence to encourage peaceful solutions to conflicts and help address the wider social, humanitarian, economic, and political challenges affecting Muslims.
